What is the difference between a GREEN ZONE and the GREEN WATCHLIST? Countries in the green zone are countries you can visit right now. The green watchlist are countries that are at risk from moving from green to amber, meaning it is recommended against travel and quarantine will be mandatory upon arrival back in the United Kingdom.
Although you can travel to these countries from the UK, they may have their own rules about quarantine, so please check their guidelines before you travel. For example, Iceland requires you to have both doses of the vaccine to travel. More countries will become available to travel to over the next few months, so be sure to keep up to date on official and government websites.
If you prefer to stay in the UK or fancy a staycation this Summer to avoid the hassle of travelling abroad, why not choose locations such as Cumbria, Buxton, Inverness, or Matlock? There are hundreds of destinations to choose from that are beautiful in the UK. When you have your holiday all booked, we can get you and your whole family there and back without hassle.
